- Knowledge Base: By searching for relevant keywords, you will find help on most topics straight away.
- In-App Messaging: By using our chat function located in the lower-right corner of the screen (see image) you can start an instant-message conversation with our team . If we don’t respond immediately, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Email: You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Telephone: Telephone support is available to premium subscribers. We will advise you of contact details by email.
